Greetings serious Entrepreneur:

In my own quest to achieve all that life has in store for me I have spent tens of thousands of dollars learning from those that already have the kind of prosperity in their lives that I want in my own. After a 17 year career as a serial small business owner, with employees and all the trimmings, I finally woke up. Yes it was pure chance ... circumstances had dictated that I discontinue my career as a weekly air traveler, a slave to the corporate world, and find a new way to earn a 6 figure income working from home.

You see I suddenly found myself broke and a single parent raising 2 teenage daughters that quite frankly had been raised around prosperity. They attended private schools, and learned what fruits are available to those that work for them. They are the daughters of and entrepreneur.

The problem was that through some bad choices and a mid-life crisis, I lost it all. So at age 42 I found myself starting over ... again! My first inclination was to do what was familiar, start another brick and mortar business with all of the debt, stress, and employees, just like I had done 4 times before. Yet at this point in life I had been introduced to the idea that doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result was tantamount to insanity.

I went another direction, a started a home based direct sales business. All I had going for me was my previous business experience, a few thousand dollars of headroom and several credit cards, and desire. I knew I was psychologically unemployable as I my pursuit of employment had been met with rejection after rejection. I was over qualified. In fact several of the companies I interviewed with told me they did not see me being happy with them, as my income goals and ambition were well north of the opportunity they were providing.

So in December 2004, I got started, knowing nothing about marketing on the Internet, and even less about direct sales and building a business over the phone. In fact, the thought of calling people in their homes, peddling $1,300 products seemed beneath me. I had been a CEO of several companies, a couple of them large small businesses ($6MM - $15MM in sales). I served on several boards for associations and other companies. I could not see myself building my income one consumer at a time.

Yet my desire to be home with my kids, and to also replace my 6 figure income was greater than my fear and dislike of what is was going to take to achieve that result. So I dove in and began taking lots of very imperfect action.

My goal for my first year was to make $200,000 to $250,000 to replace my income. Much to my astonishment, 1 year later, I had earned $867,000. I was on my way to massive prosperity. I had found my calling, teaching and helping others. And most importantly, I was having fun, lots of fun. I was not working a day in my life.

How did I go from the bottom of my life to the top in a short period of time? How did I go from zero, to my first million in 14 months?

In April 2005, about 5 months into my home business, I attended my first financial and personal development seminar. At this point in time I had risen to the ranks of top earner globally at the level 1 product of this company, and was fast on my way to being top earner.

On the first day of that seminar I was introduced to personal development. I has epiphany after epiphany as I realized that I was seeing and hearing huge truth, presented in a way that I could latch on mentally and emotionally. I was hooked.

At this time I had the money and the desire to pursue more detailed and aggressive learning, so I enrolled in several coaching programs, purchased every CD I could get my hands on, and went into sponge mode. Six months later, I attended a breakthrough seminar where something most profound happened. I was shown how to release my baggage, forgive those that had harmed me, and most importantly to forgive myself.

Two months after that, even amidst the chaos that was the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and working from hotels, rented homes, and 4 hour per day traffic in Houston, I broke through to the 6 figure per month income category. Over $100,000 in one month! Well it wasn't a fluke as I continued to take in over 6 figures a month for the next 14 months.

In reflection, it was the personal coaching, and intense study of those that had the kind of prosperity I wanted that accelerated my own growth and production of those kinds of results.

Helping others was the key. Yes, I learned that the more I helped others get what they wanted, the more I got what I wanted. It turned out to be a simple formula that had eluded me for so long. I had spent 18 years of my life working hard, focusing on making money, and continuously hitting my head on the ceiling of my own set points, my own ability. Then I learned the concepts of flow, and attraction. I gave up struggling and replaced it with easology. The rest is history.

Twenty six months after starting my first home business, I moved on. I realized that my own vision for the company I was representing was far greater than the vision of the owners, and that it would only be a matter of time before that dichotomy would collapse.

So I decided to start my own company. Then a funny thing happened. Within a week of that decision, I learned of LP Unlimited. I knew the co-founder's from my time with EP. I knew they were legit, and when I learned of their vision, I wanted to be part of it. So I moved on and became a founding visionary with LP Unlimited, and now am the top earner and leader in that company. A company that is clearly the best ever assembled in the direct sales arena. We are poised for explosive growth right now as we head into Fall 2007.

About a year ago, while with EP I came up with the concept of 7 Figure School. I would allow my most serious customers the opportunity to come work side by side with me for 30 days. This would provide them the inside look at what it takes to succeed big in this type of business. Because of the compensation plan of EP, and the lack of residual income, I was compelled to charge students for this level of training. After hosting 3 students, I decided to discontinue the program as 30 days was too long, and was a tremendous bourdon on me and my household.

The program was successful. One of the three students is a top 3 earner in EP, and 4 months after completing her stay in 7 figure school she produced her first 6 figure month. The other 2 students have also found success, albeit smaller results. One thing is crystal clear, all of these students grew tremendously from the experience. And depending upon where they were in their business and personal development when they came here greatly effected their results when they left.

I never let go of the 7 Figure School idea though, and I recently re-kindled the program in a new format. The LP Unlimited compensation plan has a significant residual income component, so making the kind of time investment in my serious customers makes sense from a financial perspective, and my desire to help over 100 people become millionaires in the LP Unlimited program provided me the motivation to create a format that would work, yet not be too much of a bourdon on me and my household.
